The event will be held in the parking lot of City Hall on Halloween night. Anyone wishing to participate and help with the event please feel free to reach out. Come park your decorated vehicle in the lot by 5PM\, share smiles\, laughs and hand out candy.  You must provide your own candy.  Parking on the lot is reserved for decorated vehicles.
